Refund policy

No Redunds. All items are custom handmade and will last a long time.   Ensure not to overstuff your item as you could cause unnecessary damage.   Please only use soft wipe with no harsh cleansers should you need to clean your item.   Keep out of direct sunlight for long periods of time.   There are no refunds or returns on items.   Should you encounter an issue with your item within the first 3 months of purchase, please reach out to me directly at BagsByMona@gmail.com for resolution.
